I had users test the whole system with the new screen replacing the one from the first iteration. The feedback was mixed, some users enjoyed the layout and others thought that it was too cluttered. Most enjoyed the idea of more relevant information being shown on this page, the data being the ward score and CS number. This data was collected with direct interviews from around 15 users, most had been a part of the original survey and a few had not.
